Types of surfaces for application: it is designed for decorative finishing and giving a relief to the surface of buildings and structures on mineral surfaces (concrete bases, cement plasters, bricks, surfaces previously painted with water-dispersion paints). Also, it is intended for finishing works inside premises, including those with high humidity (kitchens, bathrooms, corridors).
The foundation to be painted must be dry, free from dust, grease stains and other contaminants. Heavily soiled surfaces should be cleaned with 3-5% baking soda solution, rinsed with water and dried and primed with Watergrunt deep penetration primer. Surfaces, previously painted with oil paint or enamel, must be cleaned of peeling coating, abraded to roughness and free of dust. Chalky whitewash should be completely removed. Roughness, dents and cracks should be smoothed out with acrylic filler. It is recommended to pre-treat the painted base with a penetrating water-dispersion acrylic primer TM Nanofarb. Paint after 24 hours.
Strukturfarbe NANOFARB - structural paint for interior and exterior use for decorative effects. It forms a vapor-permeable, weather-resistant coating, resistant to washing with household detergents and it hides minor surface irregularities, covers in 1 layer. The surface must be dry, clean and of sufficient load-bearing capacity. Carefully remove dirt, peeling, fragile crumbling areas and substances that reduce the adhesion of paint to the substrate (efflorescence, dust, grease, lubricating oils, etc.). Prior to painting, porous or dusty surfaces should be primed with QUARTZ-GRUNT TM NANOFARB.
Apply with foam, textured, fur roller, stainless steel trowel and airless spray. For priming the base, it is recommended to dilute the paint with water no more than 10% by volume. To apply Strukturfarbe Nanofarb, first of all, QUARTZ-GRUNT TM NANOFARB should be applied to the surface in one layer, which will serve as the first layer for further painting with structural paint. The drying time of the first layer (Quartz-grunt) is 12-24 hours at a temperature of +20 ° C and humidity not more than 50%. Apply the second coat with Strukturfarbe Nanofarb structural paint in one coat. Diluting with water is recommended up to 10%.
1. Apply QUARTZ-GRUNT ТМ NANOFARB to the surface in 1 layer.
2. Apply Strukturfarbe Nanofarb to the surface in 1 coat.
Works should be carried out at an ambient and base temperature not lower than +5 ° C and not higher than +30 ° C. Attention! The coating acquires its final color after the paint has dried. It acquires final resistance to wet cleaning in 3-4 weeks.
