Venetian plaster is a classic type of decorative plaster. An imitation of genuine marble, most often used in classic-style interior design; Venetian plaster looks especially striking on columns and individual architectural elements of an interior: wall panels, arches, ceilings, pillars, capitals.
Applying NANOFARB "VENICE" requires the following tools: a stainless steel trowel and a spatula. The material acquires its characteristic polished look after applying the special NANOFARB "Veneziano wax" wax for Venetian plaster. Before applying Venetian plaster, the substrate must be primed with NANOFARB "Primer" adhesion primer, to create "roughness" and increase adhesion. Also, on highly absorbent surfaces, it is recommended to use NANOFARB "AQUA-PRIMER" acrylic primer. Venetian plaster, colloquially "venetsianka", is coated with a special wax that has moisture-resistant properties and can be used not only in dry rooms but also in rooms with elevated humidity (bathrooms, pools, kitchens, etc.), and is a more wear-resistant coating than paint.
