NanoFarb "VIA LATTEA" pearlescent sand-effect decorative plaster is a coating that, by combining quartz particles with a pearlescent base, creates the effect of natural patterns. Thanks to its pearlescent shimmer and rough, non-abrasive texture, it creates a sand-dune effect. It shifts shades depending on lighting.
Hides minor surface irregularities. Depending on the application technique, various patterns can be achieved. The coating can be applied both in white and in a tinted colour. Designed for high-quality decoration of surfaces made of mineral substrates (cement and cement-lime plaster, putty, gypsum, brick, concrete) indoors, in rooms with high operational load: residential, office premises, as well as shops, restaurants, bars.
To strengthen the substrate, even out its absorbency and improve adhesion, the surface should be treated with NanoFarb "Aqua-Primer" deep-penetration primer. Next, a background coating must be applied. We recommend using different materials to achieve different effects:
Apply the decorative coating only after the substrate has fully dried. Mix the material thoroughly before use.

Interior walls, ceilings
"100 lines" brush, "Spanish" brush, roller, synthetic-bristle brush. Cleaning tools: running water.
Using a "Spanish" brush, rub the material into the surface with cross-shaped up-and-down movements, or apply with textured strokes in a uniform thick layer. Once the material has started to dry, form the pattern with a dry brush.
The plaster has a thick consistency, so before application it must be diluted with water to "working viscosity" (5-10% depending on ambient temperature, surface type and the chosen application technique). Apply at an air and substrate temperature from +10°C to +35°C.
